September 27 the waiting is endedClub 8 returns in the grandest of ways with their sophomore sixth album. "The boy who couldn't stop dreaming" is pop music at its most profound, balancing perfectly between sunshine and melancholia. Twelve songs that’ll make you sing along about death while dreaming of summer days. A glorious return to say the least! Just some simple melody and words, time's gone, but they're never left.
September 20 Autumn Comes ?The hot days seem to take a break so we can let our soul fall in the autumn days.We feel dry and windy these days, although mr sun hide behind the thick clouds. And I choose the music at this moment, the album was born in autumn of 2001,they called this style dream pop.I like this knit voice from Hope Sandoval who is used to be singer of another famous band Mazzy Star. Too many new albums and too many new stars have emerged, but less of they can touch my soul.Sometimes the old songs and the old albums can give me more feelings and I still believe that they are the better. For me,brit pop years is over, trip hop years is ended, indie pop is changed, post rock is lost. At last, the names in my head are the old names in my memory, but luckily, the music is fresh when I need it. September 16 Club 8,Long Time No See!!!After almost five years of absence one of Swedens most important indiepop bands are finally, finally back. This is the band that first introduced dancey electropop to Sweden, started a whole indiepop scene in Indonesia, gained critical success over and over again in the US, and gave bossa nova a new face in Spain. We're of course talking about the glorious return of Club 8. Labrador is intensely proud to present the second single from Club 8s upcoming album "The boy who couldn't stop dreaming" (out September 26). "Heaven" introduces a hint of Brasilian carnivals with a mix of euphoria and melancholica, percussion grooves and a lyrical death theme. And of course, melodies to die for. Heavenly indeed!
September 03 Finally We Are No OneThe title is a name of song from Mum.The sentence is impressed me deeply.Today,I remind it again because I found that before I find the way to answer is so simple. The world was very simple, no need to so complex, the simple life is happy enough for me.Finally we are no one. I believe tomorrow will have a beautiful sunset and the sunset will not be blue again. |
