December 18 Day37:爸爸回来了昨晚失眠,在我还记得时间的时候是凌晨的5点.不到3个小时,起床去图书馆了,醒来脸边是睡着时还在看的资料.
中午回家,爸爸已经回来,从芬兰回来了.问他第一个印象,说赫尔辛基不算太发达,倒是斯德哥尔摩比较繁华,但两个地方的共同点就是地大人少,空气干净,还有就是每天只有5个小时的日照时间,感觉一直没有中午,太阳就是在地平线上一点的地方绕个圈而已.爸爸用新买的富士S3和附带2G的记忆卡就把相片都弄回来了.不过说回来,这1200万象素的东东照出来的还挺清楚.晚上看了很久照片,感觉很安静,冰雪覆盖的大地,祥和.
一直忘记说个事情,现在GMAT的主办单位ETS可能会给我好运气,因为名字刚好是STE反过来,哈哈,胡乱做梦.
PS:现弄了些老爸在芬兰和瑞典照的东西,大家来欣赏一下S3照出来的风景吧 December 13 Day 32爸爸在晚上10点的时候发了短信给我,说已经到达赫尔辛基,芬兰的首都.昨晚和我在街上走的时候,问我要不要买什么回来,我说不要了,多照点相.有些意外的是,爸爸这次顺带会去瑞典的首都斯德哥尔摩.我说那些都是我很向往,很喜欢的地方,什么都不要,只要照片就好了!心里第一次如此的羡慕老爸可以去什么地方,即使以前他飞到世界其他地方,或者到那些危险的地方,也不曾试过.我和他说,以后我赚够钱和老婆去北欧玩3个月!
昨晚在电视上面看到小学同学当上了记者,虽然很久没联系过,不过依然记得小时候去他家玩的情景.同时电视里面居然出现Cardigans的配乐,即使是那么几小段短短的,依然瞬间触动我的神经,刚好爸爸昨晚还告诉我要去瑞典.可惜爸爸抽不开身,不然叫他想办法去找找Cardigans在斯德哥尔摩的录音室,或者买纪念品的地方之类的.不过以后机会还有,和老婆一起去.
猪猪今天考Accounting,如Harry所说,她都考不好,就没人考得好了,所以这是一门绝对不担心拿不到A以上成绩的科目~老婆加油!!! December 09 太阳出来了.下午出来的时候,太阳晒在身上,暖暖的,冬天来了,可是太阳出来,就顿时变成一个快乐的冬天.翻衣服的时候忽然想起来,今年好象都没怎么过秋天,那些秋天穿的衣服几乎没动过,天气在一夜之间变化,可怜的秋天.
ANNIE说看到我的名字总是把我和音乐联系在一起,嗯,这个形容挺贴切.MSN只要我在线,就一定会看见我在放什么歌,可惜不能在线共享,不然大家一起听,哈哈.
自看过MTV颁奖典礼后,心血来潮,把Rammstein和Chemical Brothers最近的唱片拿出来听,晚上又听西村大姐的钢琴,真是热闹安宁一起来... Day 28:Issue PractiseThe extent to which the broadcast media should be censored for offensive language and behavior involes a conflict between out right as individual to freely express ourselves and the duty of government to protect its citizenry from the potential harm.In my view,our societal interest in preventing the harm that exposure to obscenity produces takes precedence over the rights of individual to broadcast this type of content.
First of all,I believe that exposure to obscene and offensive language and behavior does indeed cause similar behavior on the part of these who are exposed to it.Although wh may not have conclusive scientific evidence of a cause-effort relationships,ample anecdotal evidence establishes significant correlation.Moreover,both common sense and our experiences with children inform us that people tend to mimic the language and behavior they are exposed to.
Secondly,I believe that obscene and offensive language and behavior is indeed harmful to a society.The harm it produces,in my opinion,is palpable and profound.For individual,it has a debasing impact on vital human relationships;for society,it promotes tendency toward immoral and antisocial behavior.Both outcomes,in turn,tear apart the social fabric that holds a society together.
Those who adcocate unbridled individual expression might point out that the free speech is the intrinsic to a democracy and necessary to its survival.Even so,this right is not absolute,nor is it the most critical element.In my assessment,the interests served by restriting obsenity in broadcast media are,on balance,more crucial to the survival for a society.Advocates of the free expression might also point out difficulties in defining "obscene" or "offensive" language or behavior.In my view,however difficult it may be to agree on standard,the effort is worthwhile.
In sum,it is in our best insteret as the society for government to censore the broadcast media for obscene and offensive language and behavior.Exposure to such media content tends to harm our society and its citizenry in ways that are worth preventing,even in light of the resulting infringement of our right of free expression.
(25 minutes) Day 26几天的时间,广州气温降到了一位数.的确和RAIN那边数字前面要加个"-"的天气相比,这不算什么.只是当钻进被窝的时候手脚冰凉的滋味确实令人难受.
上周末的时候回家,白天到久违的中山图书馆看书,里面最多的依然是高三的同学们,看着大本大堆的书本习题,想起当年在那里的情景,时间过得好快.
又到年底了,MTV欧洲的颁奖典礼比想象好看,开场是Madonna的热舞,而久违的Rammsein居然有不少提名,而最佳的VIDEO由心爱的Chemical Brothers获得.说起这对化学兄弟,在心里他们和一般的DJ不一样,至于怎么不一样,可能还有这一种对回忆的情怀,和ENZO说过,他们来演出,4,000一张都要看!
今晚米兰打04,相对于他们不稳定的状态来说,心里还是会替他们捏一把汗,是时候让Van Basten来接替教练的位置了!! |
